Terms & Conditions

Here after Quantock Limousines shall be known as the company and the person signing this confirmation shall be known as the hirer. The hirer accepts responsibility by himself/herself for every member in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows:

1. All bookings are only confirmed when receipt is acknowledged by the company.
    
2. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the journey date (unless otherwise agreed with the company).
    
3. The deposit is a booking fee and therefore non-refundable.
    
4. The Company are unable to take, accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions, which could result in a delay or cancellation.
    
5. Every effort is made to up keep the vehicles, the company can not be held liable for any mechanical, electrical breakdown. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for an immediate repair to the vehicle.
    
6. If the vehicle is unable to attend a function due to a breakdown, a full refund will be given.
    
7. The company reserve the right to charge for any breakages or serious spillage’s whilst under hire, if anyone vomits in the vehicle there is an immediate charge of £100, payable to the driver.
    
8. No food to be eaten in the vehicle.
    
9. The driver may stop any one from travelling should he / she deem them unfit to travel.
    
10. Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, abusive passengers will be asked to leave the vehicle.
     
11. In the interest of health and safety there will be NO SMOKING whilst on board.
     
12. No more than 8 passengers at one time.
     
13. Alcohol is not to be consumed by any passenger under the age of 18 years.
     
14. We ask that all passengers remain seated throughout the duration of the journey, the company can take no responsibility for injuries obtained from failure to comply.
